The specialty of London are its departmental stores. From Selfridges to Liberty, Harrods to Harvey Nichols, they are located all over the city, showcasing everything from furnishing to footwear and caviar to clothes. Majority of these stores in London also have in them cafes, bars and restaurants – it helps you recharge your battery after an exhausting day at shopping. Harrods

Harvey Nichols

It is one of the most well known designer stores which supplies accessories, food, clothing, shoes and cosmetics. Few high end labels include John Galliano, NK, Jimmy Choo, D&G, Space and Burberry.

House of Fraser

This store is one of the most well known stores on Oxford Street for its exclusive collections and designer brands. This is the store to attain a little amount of luxury. Top brands in this store include Ted Baker, Cath Kidson and DKNY. Unwind at the Clarins Spa. Café Zest restaurant is not to be missed.

John Lewis

John Lewis is a departmental store present on Oxford Street. It stocks millions of products from cufflinks to cushions and beds to buttons. It is seven storied and includes home and technology, fashion and beauty products. It also contains Bistro and Brassiere with a great view at the West End.

Liberty

Since this store opened in 1875, it was known as one of the most traditional stores in London. But the story is totally different once you enter the store with its cutting edge ranges. Marks & Spencer

This store is located at Marble Arch. It has a great range and quality of affordable buys. Clothing and lingerie are joined by fabrics, furniture and flowers. The delicious aisles of Café Revive can keep the shopper occupied.

Selfridges

Selfridges is a place where you will get whatever you are looking for. You will find shoes, soft furnishings, a special food hall, bags, cosmetics, books and cafes here. It is known as London’s one stop departmental store. There are super brands and budget busting clothing with big names like Stella McCartney, Balenciaga and Dolce & Gabbana.
